Entry requirements for international participants
Important: Visa regulations are subject to change. Always verify requirements with the Lebanese Embassy or Consulate in your country well in advance of the conference.
Lebanon's visa requirements vary by nationality. Many participants may be eligible for a visa on arrival, while others must apply in advance. We strongly recommend initiating visa procedures as early as possible.
Authors of accepted papers and registered attendees may request an official invitation letter from the conference organizers to support their visa application. Please send your request to ic2ai@ieee.org with the following information:
Invitation letters will be issued within 5 business days of receiving all required information. Please note that an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval.
