Presentation Instructions

Presentation Guidelines

All authors of accepted papers are required to present their work at IC2AI 2027. Failure to present may result in exclusion from the proceedings. Details on session assignments will be communicated after the camera-ready deadline.

Oral Presentations

• Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes: 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for Q&A.
• Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format.
• Upload your slides to the session room PC at least 30 minutes before your session starts.
• The session room will be equipped with a projector, laptop, laser pointer, and microphone.
• Slides should be in 16:9 widescreen format.

Poster Presentations

• Posters must be printed in A0 portrait format (841 × 1189 mm).
• Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their poster to the conference.
• Posters should be mounted at least 30 minutes before the poster session.
• At least one author must be present at the poster during the entire poster session.

Online / Remote Presentations

Limited remote presentation slots may be available. Authors requiring remote participation should contact the organizers at ic2ai@ieee.org well in advance. Remote presentations are subject to approval.
