Paper Submission

Guidelines, templates, and submission portal

Submission Guidelines

  1. Prepare your manuscript in English using the IEEE two-column conference template (Word or LaTeX). Papers must be 4–6 pages including all figures, tables, and references.
  2. Download the template from the IEEE website. Ensure proper formatting, correct grammar, and complete references.
  3. Ensure originality. Submitted papers must be original and not under review elsewhere. All third-party content must be properly cited.
  4. Convert to PDF and verify that all fonts are embedded and the file is complete.
  5. Submit via EDAS before the deadline. Authors will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

Review Process

All papers undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two members of the Technical Program Committee. Evaluation is based on technical merit, novelty, soundness of results, and clarity of presentation. Authors should anonymize their submissions (remove names and affiliations from the manuscript).
