Call for Tutorials & Workshops

IC2AI 2027 welcomes proposals for tutorials and workshops to be held in conjunction with the main conference. These sessions enrich the program by offering hands-on learning, in-depth methodological training, or focused community discussions.

Tutorials

A tutorial is a 2–3 hour educational session delivered by one or more experts. Tutorials should target a broad audience and cover foundational or emerging topics in control, automation, or instrumentation.

Workshops

A workshop is a half-day or full-day interactive session focusing on a specific research challenge, methodology, or tool. Workshops may include presentations, demos, and discussions.

How to Propose

Send your proposal to ic2ai@ieee.org with subject "Tutorial/Workshop Proposal", including:

• Title and abstract (200–300 words)
• Organizer(s) biography and affiliation
• Target audience and expected attendance
• Duration (half-day / full-day)
• Outline or agenda
